Prices are for members of the Wholesale trade only and are subject to change without
notice.
Terms
Cash or check (with references) upon pick-up or delivery. Deposit required to hold an
order. 1.5% fee on past due invoices.
Delivery
Delivery and trucking can be arranged at reasonable rates, payable to the
driver. Note: Drivers DO NOT assist with the unloading, so arrange to have
adequate help at time of delivery. Inquire about delivery to your job site with
full load order. No plants shall be
picked upon Sunday except by previous arrangement.
Warranty
We give no warranty, expressed or implied, as to the productiveness,
salability, or longevity of the nursery stock we sell. Buyer assumes all
risk after plants leave our nursery. All claims must be made in writing
within 24 hours after receipt for adjustment. However, Lynn Welch Nursery shall at no time be liable for more than the original purchase price
of said plants.
